Sweetie ride
Posted by Anders On July 31
Final ride in Finland this summer. Night’s rain had made the air fresh and the sky was clear blue. Rode the “regular” round, which means just below marathon distance.
Nice to get out and spin around after the last two days of rain.

A week in Finland. Sunshine and cycling every day. Have had mixed company and the pace has varied somewhat, but all rides has felt real nice.
Today I went out with my dad and sister. Sis turned off after 10K, but the rest of us went on for a while and improved our cycling tans.

Beyond the limit

Have had some trouble with the left wrist last two weeks. Not really strange that it has become so given what load it can take at each cycle passport. A little strange just that it will only now, still has already had over 150 hours with my current gloves without problems.
Has therefore taken it a bit easier with the bike and tried to compensate with rolling chair and drive strength, but still has not really come up in normal training set.
Maybe it’s just rest that did the trick, because now I suddenly have more speed than ever on the bike. Last Wednesday, I pulled off to the south of Upland together with K. Once at Denmark’s IP we met up Jecka. It was time to run the time trial and on a long path spanning 25.5 km. Drove course a year ago with the same bike so it would be interesting to see how much faster they become since the last.
Buckled gloves hard as hell and rode off like a scalded trolls. Drove on good first mile, but after the turning point, I dipped sharply. The slump lasted for fifteen minutes until I finally become heated. With heat in the body, everything went much easier and I was able to run on hard last studen towards the finish. The average speed climbed slowly up and …
For the first time, I managed now to get over the magic to qualify for talent team !!
This has been my goal ever since I started armcykla and it feels fantastic to finally be there now. In order to definitely qualify for the talent the team needed two competition over the cut, so now I charge very hard for the next time trial which is Odensala in August. Encouraged!
Beautiful evening session

Pulled off on a marathon distance during the evening. The weather was lovely summer evening-and the air right choice. Beautiful and calm.
It went really well, floated on flat terrain and brought me good speed up. Best outdoor workout ever according Garmin.
Satisfied!
